TOPIC TALK PARTICIPANT CONSENT

PURPOSE: The purpose of this form is for you (the Participant) to give consent to genyus (the Host) in order for you to fully participate in a Topic Talk production.

RECORDING: During telecommunications between you and The Host, some parts will be recorded, stored, and shared as an interview thru genyus network channels. Information shared in your testimony can be used for further improvements to our community and platform.

ACCESS: You understand that you need access to PC, laptop, or mobile device and a good internet connection in order to participate in an efficient Topic Talk production.

YOUR RIGHTS: You can withdraw your consent at any time and can ask questions related to the Topic Talk production to the Host.
