So, the way that I usually try and get the conversation started…
looking right in the camera; I find who the most kind of confident person is
and I – sort of – usually start to target them pretty quick.

What do you do leash?

Leasha:

I look at the videos.

So, I look if someone’s got a nice painting
painting behind them.

Or, like, a really bright shirt or just something
that I noticed in the video.

That’s pretty much what I do just to start it off.
